She has conducted regular client meetings to provide updates on policy amendments and their relevance to the company, incorporated client feedback and communicated it to senior management, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Recently, Evelina has supported Section 166 Skilled Person Reviews on various firms such as Payment Service Providers and Investment Management Companies.
