James has experience working on S166 Skilled Person Reviews and regulatory analysis for EMI/PSPs and Wealth Management firms
Whilst at Plenitude, James has worked in both PMO and Delivery roles. Maintaining project timelines and progress whilst conducting analysis and review of Policies, Procedures and Controls. Exposure to S166 work has given James a deep knowledge on the approach taken on EMI/PSPs, as well as the regulatory and legal requirements of these firms.
James holds a degree in Law LLB(Hons), where he specialised in Financial Crime and Regulation, Commercial Law and International Trade Law. He also holds a certificate in Sanctions and Terrorism in Cryptocurrency, is an associate member of the ICA, and has an advanced certification from LexisNexis.
