Kaitlin has worked on S166 Skilled Person Reviews and Remediation Projects
Kaitlin has worked as a PMO on S166 Skilled Person projects, conducting detailed assessments of firm’s activities, systems, and controls in response to regulatory concerns raised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As part of her role, Kaitlin performs in-depth analyses, identifies areas of non-compliance, assists in PMO responsibilities, and helps implement remediation enhancements.
Additionally, Kaitlin has contributed to maintaining the Plenitude RegSight tool, which supports clients in managing regulatory requirements, and she conducted horizon scanning, identifying and sourcing obligations used in deliverables.
Prior to joining Plenitude, Kaitlin graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MSc in International Relations. Her academic background enhances her ability to understand the global regulatory landscape and its impact on financial services.
