With a strong law background specialising in Business Law, he has conducted horizon scans across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore, to identify and assess regulatory requirements and developments affecting the financial risk types of AML, CTF, Fraud, CP, and sanctions
He has supported the development and delivery of regulatory compliance tools, specifically the Plenitude Regsight tool, which required careful due diligence and analytical scrutiny in scoping for and examining financial crime regulatory obligations across different jurisdictions. Whilst working on client projects and proposals, he has maintained the Plenitude Regsight tool by actively managing data and ensuring that clients and individuals operating across different sectors were consistently informed of new and emerging regulatory requirements. He is proficient in utilizing data management and analytics tools to monitor regulatory compliance and identify potential compliance issues.
Leeroy also contributes to the creation of monthly newsletters for Hong Kong/Singapore, France, and the UK. This involves analysing recent updates and new regulations issued by various regulatory authorities in these regions. Through this project, Leerooy has developed expertise in understanding and navigating new and important regulatory updates.
