Sonia is an MBA and trained instructional designer with wealth of experience in developing digital and classroom based content that is both impactful and engaging. She is also an expert on people systems and has implemented learning and performance management systems in the organisations she has worked with in her industry roles. In her consulting career with EY, she has carried out numerous people transformation projects with global banks and insurance companies.
Within Plenitude, Sonia is not only the developer and custodian of all our learning and development interventions but also has considerable input in the company’s performance management framework and process.
