Prior to joining Plenitude Consulting, Tom worked in project management at a Big Four firm, directing his attention to Financial Crime and Transformation. During this tenure, he worked with a number of leading Financial Institutions including insurers, UK retail banks, commercial banks, payments-processors and global wealth and asset managers.
At Plenitude Consulting, Tom has supported in conducting Section 166 Skilled Person Reviews on Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), as well as supported other firms going through such independent reviews.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership and Management Practice with a First Class Honours and is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
