Briony has a wealth of expertise in consulting, regulatory roles at the FCA and OFSI, and corporate strategy and development
Briony excels in developing cutting-edge strategies and working practices; refining and enhancing internal processes and procedures; performing advisory and QA roles; and overseeing the seamless delivery of complex projects. Briony also has experience of leading financial crime assessments and serving as an SME for financial crime Skilled Person Reviews.
Briony supports our client project teams including Senior Executives and Senior Managers with resourcing and mobilising new engagements and works closely with Finance and People functions to develop and deploy robust operational processes, systems, and controls. She also leads our internal initiatives to ensure we remain efficient and competitive and supports with the development and execution of our strategy and integration activities.
