Helen has spent her career in the technology headhunting and in house talent acquisition management space,working onsite with the likes of KPMG, Barclays Wealth and Barclays Capital, combined with over 7 years’ HR experience within 3 hyper growth start-up businesses
Helen has also worked with VC and PE backed companies to build scalability, to provide growth data and ensure the people strategy aligns and supports the overall company growth goals.
Helen’s exposure in senior HR positions means she has worked on transformational people projects including: structure and scalability for hyper growth, investment, cohesion and of growth of senior leadership teams, building robust recruitment processes and in house talent acquisition management teams, ensuring we are hiring right, implementation of HR systems, DE&I, creating the right employee value proposition, building out financial and non financial reward packages and maintaining positive company culture.
