Modern slavery and human trafficking statement

Plenitude Consulting is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of our operations, including our approach to tackling modern slavery. We recognise our responsibility to respect and promote human rights in all our business activities.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Plenitude Consulting Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

Definition of Modern Slavery 

Plenitude Consulting defines modern slavery as any form of forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation that violates the fundamental rights and dignity of individuals.

We adhere to the labour rights relevant to each country we operate within, including the right to free association, fair working hours and wages, equal opportunities, and we have a firm commitment against child labour. We are partnered with Stop the Traffik a charity who work globally to stop the trafficking of adults and children and fund raise annually with all monies going to this charity. 

Our company respects the right of all employees to freely associate, form or join trade unions, and engage in collective bargaining without fear of retaliation or discrimination.

Reporting Mechanism

Employees, suppliers, or any other stakeholders who suspect or witness any form of modern slavery within our operations are encouraged to report their concerns through people@plenitudeconsulting.com whereby the HR team will take the appropriate action. 

Training and Awareness

We provide onboarding and then annual training to our employees to raise awareness about modern slavery issues.

This policy is regularly reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.

This policy is communicated to all employees once per annum for signature, suppliers, and
stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in our commitment to eradicating modern slavery from our business and supply chains.
