EBA Publishes New Guidelines on Role of AML/CTF Compliance Officers

The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published new guidelines on the role and responsibilities of the AML/CTF compliance officers and of the management body of credit or financial institutions.

The guidelines aim to ensure a common interpretation and adequate implementation of AML/CTF internal governance arrangements across the EU.
