The European Commission has updated its FAQs concerning sanctions adopted following Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine and the involvement of Belarus.
The FAQs for the following sanctioned sectors have been updated:
Intellectual Property Rights;
Aviation;
Russian Central Bank; and
Export-related restrictions for dual-use goods and advanced technologies.
Firms may wish to consult the updated FAQs to inform their sanctions compliance obligations.
