JMLSG Approval on Material Published in the Last Twelve Months

The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) has received Treasury Ministerial Approval for guidance material published in March 2023, November 2022, and August 2022.

This includes revisions made to provisions across Part I and Part II of the JMLSG Guidance for the UK Financial Sector.

Firms operating in or with exposure to the UK should review the revisions and make any appropriate adjustments to their policies and procedures in line with the guidance.
