MAS's Consultation on the Sharing of AML/CTF Information between FIs

MAS is seeking views and feedback on:

• Proposed further requirements regarding the FI-FI information sharing platform known as COSMIC, the “Collaborative Sharing of Money Laundering/Terrorism Financing (ML/TF) Information & Cases”
• Proposed amendments to the MAS Notice 626 clarifying the relationship and interaction between certain consulted requirements and existing AML/CFT requirements in the notice.

MAS invites feedback from industry stakeholders and members of the public on the proposals until 15 December 2023.
