The proposed changes include:
- Reflecting changes to the legal entities that supply services to UK customers which have been alerted to the PSR; and
- Introducing a more efficient mechanism to capture any future changes to the legal entities servicing UK customers listed in the directions.
Stakeholders are invited to respond to the consultation until 9 February 2024.
