UK Publishes Insider Dealing Legislation

The Order makers changes to Part 5 of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 and UK criminal insider dealing offences will now be extended to additional markets and financial instruments.

The extension of the rules aims to align the offence of insider dealing with the UK’s Market Abuse Regulation.
