Olivia is the Head of Insights and Partnerships at Plenitude, with counter-terrorist financing, security and think tank engagement experience.
 
Olivia works to leverage the firm’s financial crime and compliance (FCC) expertise to drive strategic engagements, content development, and new business opportunities. Prior to joining Plenitude, Olivia worked as the Community Engagement Officer for the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies (CFCS) at RUSI, a security and defence think tank based in London. She led the project management for their Taskforce on a Transatlantic Response to Illicit Finance which aimed to strengthen global democracy by identifying viable ways in which the UK and US can combine efforts in tackling illicit finance. She also worked, as part of Project CRAAFT (Collaboration, Research and Analysis Against the Financing of Terrorism), to plan and facilitate workshops between FIUs, private and public sectors across the Money Val region to promote information sharing and knowledge building on counter-terrorist financing practices. She previously worked in various programme assistant and engagement roles at think tanks, with specific focuses on security and counter-terrorism.
 
Olivia holds an MSc in Criminal Justice from Leiden University in the Netherlands and a BA in Economics from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN (US).
