Shaun has a proven track record of working onsite with multi-national banks like Barclays and Lloyds, as well as with some of Europe's fastest-growing startups, including Hopin, Flink, Simply Business and Luno.
Shaun has led high performing Talent Acquisition teams, successfully handling some of the most niche and challenging hires globally. A hands-on leader, Shaun enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates. He excels at tailoring recruitment strategies to meet the uniuqe needs of the businesses he supports.
Recenlty, Shaun celebrated his first year at Plenitude, where he has delivered key hires across all divisions of the business. He developed a new recruiting strategy for the Advisory division, served as the lead recruiter for the Fraud and Contineo teams, and contributed to the D&I council.
