JMLSG Publishes Amendments on Monitoring of Customer Activities
The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) published amendments to Part I Chapter 5.7 (Monitoring customer activity) of its Guidance, together with a clarificatory amendment to Part II Sector 16 (first page).
The new text is available under the “Revisions” tab under “Guidance”, and has been submitted to HM Treasury for Ministerial approval. Firms should ensure they read this guidance and are familiar with the amendments.
